Who is eligible to play in the American League?

Anyone who lives within our geographical boundaries and is between 3 and 12 years old (per the official age chart) or is in Pre K – 6th grade.

What league is my player supposed to play in?

Pre K (3 & 4 year olds) – Instructional T-Ball
Pre K – K (5 & 6 year olds) – T-Ball
1st & 2nd Grade (7 & 8 year olds) – Rookie League
3rd & 4th Grade (9 & 10 year olds) – Minor League
5th & 6th Grade (11 & 12 year olds) – Major League

When is the season?

Practices for all teams start as soon as the snow is gone and the fields are ready. The game schedule for the spring season begins in early May and runs into mid to late June, depending on the age group.

Where are the games?

Games are held at Fairfax Field.

What times are the games played at?

Weekday games start at either 5:30 pm or 7:30 pm.

How long are the games?

When do practices start?

Team practices will start as soon as the fields are playable.

When does player registration open and end?

League registration opens on January 1st and ends on February 28th.

How much i sthe player fee?

What does my registration fee cover?

The registration fee covers the cost of uniforms, umpires, field maintenance, insurance, and other league expenses.

Can I get a discount if I have more than one player playing in the league?

What if I cannot afford the registration fee?

Financial hardship scholarships are available.  Email ecamericanbaseball@gmail.com for more information.
